We test the GP-4L small handheld Shortwave Radio We were on a mountain at about 4000 feet at about 2 am The radio did pick up stations, but it would have been dificult to tune most of them in The LED and standard FM radio both have worked well no mater where we test this radio, however we are still finding little success finding shortwave broadcasts durring our testing A video gear review from Gear-Reviews.net gear-reviews.net See our gear review blog http See us on Facebook: www.facebook …

very good english by the way.. much better than my Norwegian, LOL
Ok, well..i will se for my self when it gets in my beholding. Thanks
well I’m not un-satisfied and I’ve heard enough good reviews to give it the benefit of the doubt
ok, but you are kind of satisfied with it?
and, sorry for my bad english =) from norway you see
well the dial is part of it, but I only ever turn it on when I’m up in the mountains, so I figure they could be blocking signal
Is it hard because of the tuner wheel or do you live in a shielded/remote location?
for me, yes
But I’ll do more real ‘testing’ before I give up on it
yepp, but hove is the tuning on the radio, is it har to lock on to channels?
sounds good.. lets us know if /when you find one
Jepp, but i have seen one of those Tesla ones and they are stronger than the commercial ones if i remember right.
No, did they still have their external antenna for it?
Just ordered one, do you know where you can get the Nicola Tesla antenna amplifyer?
